Lisa helped my wife and I sell our home in Lyndhurst that sold in about 3 weeks.  During negotiations with our new (current) house, we were near the limit of what we wanted to pay for the home.  The old owners came back $2000 over what we wanted to pay, however, since we really loved the home and area we thought it over and decided to go ahead and pay the extra money.  I called Lisa back to give her the go ahead with the additional $2000. Just after I got off the phone with her, the listing agent called Lisa to tell her the Sellers would take the $2000 lower offer my wife and I gave last.  Point of this story is to tell you that Lisa is honest.  She could have told the agent we were willing to spend more (in turn bump up both agent's commissions minimally) and my wife and I would be none the wiser.
